Tyler Sanders, a teenage actor with roles in big shows like “9-1-1: Lone Star” and “Fear the Walking Dead,” died from the effects of fentanyl … according to his autopsy report.
According to the report, obtained by TMZ, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner also notes the 18-year-old’s death was accidental.
As we first reported … Tyler was found dead June 16 in his Los Angeles home. Sources close to the investigation revealed that Tyler had a history with drug abuse and that police found a white powder and a plastic straw in his Los Angeles home.
The autopsy report states that Tyler had told a friend via text messages that he was using Fentanyl the night before his death. Tyler did not return phone calls from his friend after he sent the text about fentanyl.
The coroner also stated that Tyler had no known medical conditions but had a history drug abuse, including heroin, LSD, and mushrooms.
The report also states that Tyler was found unresponsive in his bed at home alone… and that apparent illicit drugs were found in his bathroom.
