 Online booking for dates between April 15 and December 14. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: To secure the booking of an apartment you would need to pay a reservation deposit (a down payment). Balance of rental plus room tax would be due upon arrival with a VISA, MC or AMEX credit cards, or cash. The easiest is to pay the reservation deposit online, using PayPal (*) as the payment processor.

Who may do online booking? If you are a single person, two adults, or a couple with 1 or 2 children under 12, or a couple with one child under 21 you may book on-line a 1-BR kitchen-equipped apartment. If you are bringing one or two children as described, please inform us via email, after you book on-line, the child's or children's ages. If your family composition or your children's ages do not exactly fit the above stated descriptions, you should quit the on-line booking process now and send us an email for reservations. How do I choose among the available units? We do not book particular units. The room numbers in the following availability calendars have no relation to actual room numbers. Go ahead and book any room available. All our units have about the same size and decor, are about the same distance from the swimpool and beach areas, and all have ocean views.
